It doesn't work that way John (I made the same mistake!).  The location you're showing is the location on your own hard drive.  The tricky part is uploading that picture to an internet address.  For me, it was a headache of a learning curve.  You need: 1) webspace, and 2) a utility to transfer pics (upload) from your computer to the webspace.  Most isp's offer free webspace, but they don't make it easy to access.   Good luck!
