Concours Shaker * SOLD
« on: December 09, 2007, 09:13:10 pm »
I hate to sell this Shaker, but alas we must part.  :'(

Bought and restored it for my car but then decided not to use it having an original non Shaker car. It's been safely stored and now it needs a new home.

100% PERFECT & COMPLETE Original `70 BOSS 302 Shaker correct in EVERY WAY. Restored to Concours Condition. Never any rust, dents or cut on. Correctly painted with a spray gun, not an aerosol overhaul. No filler anywhere. Includes the plastic star plug and correct "P" bolts for the snorkel. The hood seal is a real one, NOS, nice and thick with correct part number and drain tube. Vac Motor, Flapper Door, Hardware, correct Autolite sticker the works......

You will not be disappointed.

$5,500.00

Hey Mark----I just payed $5,000 for an original snorkel for a Boss 429. I will bet that Perogie would give you what you are asking for your Shaker set-up.

Had a bit of good luck selling off some other parts to a guy locally tonight. Now I'm not in such a hurry to sell this Shaker, but I still will for my original asking price. I'm never going to put it on my car.

Shaker is for sale for $5,500.00

Mark,
Could you elaborate on the air filter ? Is it the Motorcraft or Autolite branded filter ? Thanks Tim

Yep I'm happy, thought it was fair. Proves real parts still bring real money. Just like the cars at BJ so far.
