I'm pretty sure(like 100%) that all 69 B2's came with a 3 groove crank/3 groove water pump pulley regardless of steering configuration. On 69 non-P/S cars the middle groove was left un-used. Odd?? Yes, but remember that the 69 B2 was a very late intro(mid April 69) that had very little time at the drawing board before it went into production. That's why they have C8 blocks, C7 cranks, C7 water pump pulleys and C8 crank pulleys. The 69 B2 was a grab bag of 67/68 race and production parts(one of the reasons I think they are so cool). Another example of the 69 B2 production scramble was that alot of them came with the drag pack horn jumper wire and re-enforcement bracket with the horns both mounted on passenger side and no oil coolers. There are alot of things that don't make sense about 69's until you realize that it was a mad scramble to produce 1628 of them in 3 1/2 months.
The 70 cars with P/S had a 3 groove crank/1 groove water pump(1 belt shared between water pump and P/S pump) and 70 non-P/S cars had a 2 groove crank/1 groove water pump pulley(1 belt shared between water pump and alternator). Note that the water pump pulleys on 70's do have different part numbers and different offsets even though they are both 1 groove.
