2015 Mustang Possible Design ???
« on: May 09, 2012, 02:12:59 pm »
Here's more media confusion on future Mustang design for 2015. Just plane hideous. More Euro/Asian queues. Don't look too long, you might turn to stone.  ::)

Kinda getting the looks of a DB9, which by the way, is the sexiest car IMHO.  :)

Yep, that concept is def one of the more exciting ones, would not be a bad direction for the globally focused next gen Mustang...

I gotta side with "crossboss" on all this "sneak peek" 2015 Mustang redesign crapola.  Ford has not gotten where it is today by letting future product information, especially on the Mustang, be released prematurely.  I am sure the GM and MOPAR camps are scratching their collective heads on EXACTLY what Ford has in store in the near future.  As Eric and I were discussing the other day, the complete story on the new 2013 Shelby GT500 won't be known until actual 2013 Shelbys hit the road - I think GM and Chrysler will be given a heavy "gut shot" by the new GT500.  As Eric has been saying in his posts (and I wholeheartedly agree), we ARE in a MAJOR historical era where musclecars (dare I say "supercars") are hitting the streets of America - this in spite of a major downturn in the economy and continuing upswing of gas prices.  I am sure Ford has gotten the message on the Mustang after producing it for 50 years - it is THE icon for which all other ponycars AND musclecars strive for the number one position...

I like the arss end of that car versus the current version. I hope there is just a little retro in the next design but it is time to move on. I hate to say this but the latest version is starting to look very blahh on the streets.
