Inside Drivers door opening latch playing up, any ideas

Ok, I'm assuming the engine has been untouched so 1.73 was the default size

Ok, car is back, booked for the rego inspection on tues, ended up going with Howard's roller rockers, new pushrods as well
Also, the original issue of door latch is the inside cable mechanism is worn out, so I need to replace it. Started to deteriorate.
