1969 Raven Black Boss 429 for sale

1969 Boss 429 Raven Black 820T. Never raced or rusted. Purchased from original owner. Numbers matching and original to car engine, trans and rear. HP429 standard bore block. Gregg Montgomery rebuilt engine. Mike Ulrey restored  original distributor and advance. Pony carburetors restored carb. Ed Meyer detail.  Awarded Gold in Concours 1 at SAAC-34 in 2009. Sweet..! That's nice. Do you think I have a ways to go with getting my black one below, to that level? Or maybe just a polish with some kind of cutting compound and some higher springs in the front...? ;)

That's a beautiful car. Was that at the 45th in Birmingham under the tent with Ed? If so, I recall looking at it.

I have seen this car personally a few times. It is a very very nice car & taken care of very well.

Yes, it is a gorgeous car and I can only dream of making mine look like that one day! I think it is very reasonably priced, too.

Earl, yes, the hood scoop on mine was a 'special order prototype', of course! Such a bummer that it wasn't put into production, right?!!
