Boss 351 carburetor, 1971 Dated

Looking for a complete with blue tag carb. Restored or not, Scott    918 381 1234.   Thank You. 1972 HO Carb is not what i am looking for.

Did you get a good date for your car on the blue tag??   (It's not like there are lots of ranges)

Those with D1ZF- ZA 's for their cars - may want to "match up" !

Car is a January build, tag is December 9th 1970 . I got lucky. Bought two complete early takeoffs, only one had a tag. They both will be rebuilt and the nicest one will go on the car. No Christmas gifts for me this year... unless the carbs count. ;) ;)

So glad you didn't waste money on clones !!

Most look at the top of the carbs and justify that choice.   Looking at the air runners in the baseplate and internal orifices shows why the ZA is a different beast than the latter smog requirement carb.

Steve bought one in Carlisle for his Boss - I think Bill gave him a 72 R code carb for parts.  (that is actually the rarer carb)

First carb here and sent to be restored. Very clean part.
