1969 Dash
« on: December 09, 2012, 02:59:45 pm »
Have a 69-70 dash in pretty good condition.  It is not perfect but is nice.  I have no idea of what it is worth.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.  JBurkey

Ed, the Cougar dash pad is the same with and without air.  There is a removeable plate that bolts on in place of the AC vents, unlike a Mustang.

Ed,
I'm not sure if Dyno Don's or Fast Eddie's would have had a front & rear spoiler from the factory.  They were not Eliminators.  They are "R" codes so, they would have the scoop.  Spoilers were only available on an Eliminator from the factory.  I would think they also would have had the standard instrumentation.

All the pictures I have show it with the front and rear spoiler and the larger orange Eliminator stripe. I have a NOS front spoiler, but want to keep it as a spare for my Eliminator. If you have other 69 parts you need let me know Ed. I have a pretty good stash of 69 Cougar parts.

Yeah... going for the retro modern decor and an xmas tree would just throw the whole theme off ::)

Ed I don't have a good usable front spoiler. I have a nice set of 14x6 Argent color slotted rims with the riveted centers.  I think the part number is C8OZ-1007-J. They have been painted gold and need re sprayed back to Argent. $275 for the set plus shipping. I'm just across the border in MI.

Candyman, Are you looking for the 69 rear spoiler for a Cougar or for a Mustang? If Brian is unable to help, I have one for a Mustang that you might be interested in. This one is FoMoCo OEM correct; hollow plastic with riveted pedestal mounts / 36" span. Very good condition w/ minimum sag. P/M or e-mail if interested.
