So now that this car has been authenticated as a real Boss 429 and a partial VIN known, the important question now is will the mustangmasters428 seller consider ending the "for parts only" auctions he was planning for this car, and set up a new auction for the whole car?

The fact that the dash vin and door tag were removed from this mustang poses some potential problems. As noted by someone earlier, this may have been stolen. Or, the remains of this mustang were in such bad condition, someone has already completely re-bodied. If all is clear legally, at the end of the day......there are some great parts to be put on the shelf or to be used by the "person" who has in possession the title and original tags to this car.

Sounds like this is a real B9. Hope that the vin is registered with Data Base so we will know what happened with history of this car.

I will rescind my previous comments, looks like a b9er.

Amend the auction to include the whole car.

Will uneasy with Fast Freddy at the helm.

This is NOT a Boss 9. It is a lobotomy of two cars grafted together.

You are only bidding the towers and spindles.

Danger Will Robinson, Danger Will Robinson.

To me, this is just a mess and headache unless you steal it. And at 5K (current bid) you are close.

I question the parts. And implicitly question the seller.

Snake Oil.

Those not totally in the know will be surprised with what is actually there.

So were you in the know or not?  You sounded like you knew something we didn't. ???????????????????????????????
