Fuel Stabilizer - Winter Storage 13 Boss
« on: January 10, 2018, 08:16:39 pm »
Anyone have any recommendations on best fuel stabilizer product for periods of extended (> than a few weeks) storage in cold weather during IL winter? Presume you have to use the fuel funnel stored in trunk to add before a fill-up or is there an alternate method to get into tank? I use Sta-Bil 360 Marine for my small engine products like snow blower, powerwasher, etc. but uncertain if that's useable for premium fuel in high performance vehicles. Back of Sta-Bil 360 Marine bottle says for all gas with ethanol. Prolly already covered in an existing thread but unable to locate in Search and/or scan of posts otherwise. Any comments to assist would be appreciated.

I elected to use Sta-Bil 360 Performance (not-Marine) based on the product website guidance. Approx. 3 oz. for a 16 gal. tank. Added with less than 30 miles to E via the funnel in trunk & then filled up. FYI if anyone interested or has any better recommendation for future.
