M-5300-T Ford Performance spring kit.??
« on: March 01, 2018, 05:28:08 pm »

Looking for feedback on the M-5300-T Ford Performance spring kit for the BOSS.

I’m headed up to the Smoky Mountains again in June, with a group of friends. We did it last year, and although the Laguna Seca held up well there were a few areas I would like to improve. On the tight turns of the Dragon (192) the car pushed a bit in the corners and had a bit of body roll, so I am considering installing the M-5300-T Ford Performance spring kit.

We also did some runs on the Charohalla Skyway, and the brakes took a pounding despite having performance pads and the ford cooling ducts installed. So looking at installing the larger 15” rotors of the GT500 along with 6 piston Brembo s from the current GT performance pack..apparently just a bolt on upgrade for the BOSS LS..

Was great fun, mixed group with some other S197 Mustangs, a few new GT350s, a Mini Cooper S, BMW M3s and Corvettes and a Camero ZL1. Couple of photos..
