Welcome to the forum!
That VIN should start with a 9 because the metal door tag is for a 1969 BOSS 302. Starting with the 1970 model year that information is on a decal. It is listed in the registry as a 69' with the same information on that tag. It shows location in Australia with unknown number of owners and no condition stated. No results showed on the web when I searched that VIN.

Best regards,
Joe

That tag shown is a "warranty" tag and not the VIN tag. The VIN tag is riveted to the cowl and not the door. The scratches on the tag cover the area that tells you that tag can not be used for registration. As stated above the car is also a 1969 not a 1970.

Parts are parts, cash is only money and doesn't have the same value. You get that right?

1962 Porsche 356B-T6 Silver-Black interior (It's a Porsche that is what they should be.)
1969 1/2  BOSS 302 Mustang Calypso Coral (it's a '69 1/2 the popsicle colors are the best!)
1970 BOSS 302 Mustang Lime Green Metallic
2010 Mustang GT Red Candy Metallic
