Boss 351 Registry
« on: December 17, 2018, 02:59:40 pm »
Has anyone been able to access the old Boss351Registry.com site lately or has it been shut down? I used to be able to access it but now I just get an error message.

HI

It has been down for some months now.   Most Boss 351 enthusiasts are here, or on the 2 FaceBook groups.   Were you looking for specific info?  Part numbers?

There was a lot of good magazine articles and Ford literature that you don't usually see.

That is why I asked.   Let me search archived web files.   You can do it too.  IF you had a specific article that would be really easy.

P.S.  Or if you knew it and wanted a hard copy might have too!

I don't have any specific articles in mind, I just liked browsing the site.

Best you can get now is to use the URL as a "Site search" site:www.boss351registry.com

AND ADD "what you remember" at the end.   For Example PART NUMBERS.      If you visited that and don't clear your chache YOU MIGHT get some info!     I did as I used it ALOT.

You have to think back some of the titles.  Like   Over the hill Boss, part numbers, 1972 R Code (that didn't come up but I remember the radio button.

Is there any way to enlarge the the thumbprint photos or open some of the articles? It seems these may not have been uploaded since I get a meesage basically stating they are not available.

Is there anyone who has taken over the Registry? Or has a update list? I would be willing to do one if needed.

Bob,

RcodeRick (along with others) maintains the most comprehensive Boss 351 database.
IMHO Rick’s Boss 351 book is also a must have for any B1 owner.

If you’re on FaceBook check out the “Boss 351 Mustang 1971” group.
Lots of B1 owners and fans on there regularly and a very generous bunch they are with tips/info.
