Shelby or HM Dual Quad Wanted (Acquired)
« on: May 16, 2019, 09:34:59 pm »
I am interested in acquiring a nice Shelby Dual Quad intake for a BOSS 302. If anyone out there has one not in need, let me know.

Rusty was the first I talked to. He sold the one he had not too long ago.

Man, that’s a really cool setup but I’m sure way over my budget.

Good job Tim!
I think with the camshaft you have in that engine and with your exhaust your going to see great benefits in performance and aesthetics.

Tim,
Glad it worked out for you!  Great talking to you.  Looking forward to meeting you in person at mid America Shelby in June.  My friend is sending me pics and specs for another setup he has that is supposed to be a one of.  I'm ignorant on it all but will post it for him once I get his pics and write up.

John,

When I say I'm ignorant on it all, there is no exaggerating.  I am learning.  All I know is it is something to modify to make it fuel injected I believe I heard him say, some kind of intake. Really, once he sends it I'll post it right away.  Nothing in it fir me just helping my friend who doesn't do forum or tech savy stuff.

Stay tuned as he is about as fast as a herd of turtles on everything so may be a bit coming.
