Decor group option on a 70 Eliminator
« on: June 13, 2019, 06:30:56 pm »
What did the Decor group consist of for a 70 Eliminator? My car has comfort weave seats, which I believe was part of it? but with an aftermarket wheel from the 70s on it, I don't know if the rim blow was part of it, or anything else. I also was poking around and saw some people have posted different price on their Eminger report. My report says 70.00.

Includes Deluxe Wheel Covers (not on Eliminator), curb molding (not on Eliminator), 3-spoke rim-blow steering wheel, Comfortweave vinyl hi-back bucket seats, custom grade door and quarter trim, door courtesy lights, rear seat quart armrests.

What Jeff said :-)

Here are a few images of Black Decor Interior.

^
This image shows optional Console and optional Deluxe Seat Belts.  Also shows XR-7 switches where the Eliminator block off plate should be.

^Shows optional Console.

^Again, optional Console, and indicator lights where the Eliminator block off plate should be.  Also has a wrap on the rim-blow steering wheel.

OK, so Decor group gave you much of the XR-7 stuff...minus all the woodgrain and leather seats?? ....very interesting!  I had a 1969 Cougar XR-7 as my first car.  Bought it from my Dad who got it new!!  Loved that Cougar.
THX for photos...!!!!
