MustangTek has a good photo of a D0ZE-6312-B crankshaft pulley, along with the dimensions:

http://www.mustangtek.com/pulley/DOZE-6312-B.html

My BOSS 302 has manual steering and has a D0ZE-6312-A 2-groove pulley and was built at the Dearborn Plant on Feb. 26, 1970.  I believe that at some point Ford stopped using the 2-groove pulley and went to the 3-groove pulley on all BOSS 302s as the D0ZE-6312-A pulley was only used on the BOSS 302.

Do you know if the engine in your BOSS 302 is original?  I thought I read somewhere that in the past someone was making reproduction BOSS 302 pulleys, but can't find the source or whether a part number was stamped. - Mark

Is the pulley the typical stamped steel, or is it cast iron, or is it turned from a solid blank ?
