WTB, D1OZ-7353-A, Shifter sleeve, found them, Thanks

looking to buy (3) D1OZ-7353-A, Shifter sleeve, studs with the threaded end that go into the shifter rods slot, with a nut. Then snap into the shifter lever arm bushing. I think the bushing end of the stud has a groove cut into it to match up with the bushing’s smaller inside diameter and snap into place. No hole for retaining washers and pins, clips.
From the Boss 302 tutorial: Gear shift connecting rod adjustment sleeves.

Thank you
Kickdown rods should do it!
