First glance it shows as a nice car at a reasonable price, but the questions I would ask are:

1) MORE PICTURES
2) being from the east, what is the shape of the metal or what shape was it in for the restoration? Torque boxes, shock mounts, underside in general. How much metal was replaced to restore it?
3) pics of motor
4) what parts and pieces are on the motor that are B2 specific (heads, distributer, smog, manifolds (intake and exhaust) and carb
5) Low optioned cars are some guys want and others want a fully optioned car...you need to decide
6) wrong hood as no 69 B2's came with shaker
7) is the car sorted...how does it steer, brake, accelerate, handle?

If you are just going to drive it, look into these things and if they check the boxes I think this is a nice car considering that is the asking price not the negotiated selling price.

My humble two cents.

If the sheet metal is good, I like this car!  Great color, lightly optioned, 69.

Would love to see pics of the engine. I know it's a 70 block but is there any of the stock stuff there?

I added a few more pictures in the dropbox link.

I do have a few extra parts for more money. Correct distributor, air cleaner, NOS hood.
