                                                                        1967 Shelby GT350
Don’t miss this rare opportunity to own one of Carroll Shelby’s legendary California Mustangs at an entry-level price!!!!  With power steering,  power disc brakes, and in the case of this GT350, automatic transmission.  The 67 Shelby (the last year to be built at Shelby’s famous Los Angeles International Airport facility) is what famous SCCA and Trans-am mustang race driver Jerry Titus described as “Carroll Shelby’s first true Grand Touring car”.  Shelby, himself called the ’67 Shelby “the first car I’m truly proud of”.  This example is serial number 67210F7A01067, which was purchased by current owner in 2001 from bill Collins’ fords, Harrisburg, Pa.  (the cars full history is in the SAAC registry).Restored in 2009 with new floors, trunk floors, frames and torque boxes, the fenders were replaced with ford-tooled units (originals included) and both quarter panels were replace with NOS ford sheet metal.  Original steel-framed hood replaced with all-fiberglass hood and the original flat tail panel was replace with new flat panel; both original’s go with car.  The restoration concluded with fresh lime gold paint ( the cars original color) and lemans stripes. Engine rebuilt to stock specs in 2000 using original cobra intake, distributor and hi-po cast iron exhaust manifolds, the carburetor was replaced (original included and a cobra oil pan was added. The radiator was replaced with a four-row unit for better cooling (original included) and under ride traction bars were added sometime during one of the cars past ownerships.  Seats and dash are original but door panels, headliner, carpet and brushed aluminum door panel inserts are new.  Wood steering wheel is a new exact reproduction and the original is included. Original lap and extremely hard-to-find shoulder belts with retractors are present as are original Mag-star wheels.  The cars ford serial number has been verified as being correct and the mileage of approximately 73,000 is believed correct.  This is not only a great looking, but a great driving Shelby and one that is certain to appreciate in coming years.  Car is currently located with Tony Conover at performance motors of Hanover pa.  For pics visit       www.performancemotorsofhanover.com or call tony at  717-632-0009 or contact me at billpro@verizon.net for more info.   Asking $110K.   or offers
