I was talking to Anthony Branda at Hershey earlier this week who informed me of this sad news.

Found this obit which has a video of a lot of events in his life.

Apparently he was at home and was on his treadmill or just got done using it when he had a heart attack. Not sure if this is accurate but this is what I heard.
