1970 FORD MUSTANG BOSS 302 FASTBACK

THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO RESTORE YOUR OWN BOSS 302 MUSTANG

HISTORY:

This Boss left the factory painted Lime Green Metallic with a black interior, but was repainted Red at a later time. It had the famed Boss 302 engine with the four speed “toploader” transmission. It was also highly optioned with a Traction Lok differential, Shaker Hood Scoop, Sport Slats, the convenience group, and tinted glass all around.

BODY:

The quarter on this Boss will need repairing, but we are including a complete quarter with the car, please see picture attached. The car will also need new floor pans, and front torque boxes, but the frame rails look Ok.

This car is a great foundation for your very own Boss!

INTERIOR:

We will include black high back bucket seats and the rear seat as well, and of course the instrument panel is included, but you will need new seat covers, door panels, dash pad, etc.

DRIVETRAIN:

The drivetrain was removed from this car, but we have a correctly code dated Boss 302 engine for this car available separately for $6,000, and a top loader 4 speed toploader transmission for $1500. The car does come with its 9” traction-loc rear end

SUSPENSION:

The car has disk front spindles and calipers, though the calipers will probably have to be rebuilt. The front sway bar is in place. The rear sway bar is intact and the shock mounting plates are all there.

GLASS:

All the glass is in good condition, but the rear window is missing.

MISC.

There were some parts in the car that I am including. There is are front bumper brackets and bumper, wiper motor and linkage.

At MustangBeginnings we are here to help you make your restoration a success.

THERE ARE NO SURPRISES HERE, I ENCOURAGE ALL INTERESTED BUYERS TO COME SEE THE CAR FIRST IF POSSIBLE OR SEND SOMEONE HERE TO INSPECT IT. WE HAVE COMPLETED OTHER 70 MUSTANGS AND KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO COMPLETE THIS CAR. THIS IS A GOOD CAR TO START WITH. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A 70 FASTBACK MUSTANG THAT NEEDS TO BE REBUILT INTO SOMETHING SPECIAL.
AGAIN, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL INTERESTED BUYERS TO CHECK THE CAR OUT IF POSSIBLE THAT WAY THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDING, MISTAKES, MISCOMMUNICATION, ETC.
THE CAR MIGHT NEED THINGS WE DID NOT LIST BUT THE MAJOR ONES HAVE BEEN LISTED. WE PUT THE WORD “PROJECT” IN THE DESCRIPTION TO COVER ANYTHING WE MIGHT HAVE NOT SEEN.

Mike,
This website is not an auction site. You have to post a price for the car. See the link below;
